RETURN POLICY

You can return your order within 15 days using the same courier if the following criteria are met:

a) The product differs from the one you ordered.
b) The product has a defect that you noticed when you opened the package. In this case, please inform us immediately about the defect.
c) the size of the shoe you ordered is not the correct one and you need another size. If this size is not available anymore then you can replace it with another design.

In the aforementioned two cases (a and b) the replacement costs are charged to our company. In the third case the costs are paid by the customer. In case a product needs to be replaced for the second time, the return costs (courier) are paid by the customer . In case you change your mind about the received product, you can replace it within 15 days under the conditions that the product(s) is/are intact, which means that it should be in the same condition as you received the parcel in other words complete and in excellent condition plus that the original packaging of the parcel should be undamaged and in good condition. In all the above cases regarding product replacement/return, it is obvious that the parcel (s) will always be accompanied by the documents (for example the receipt) of our company respectively. If there are no reasons for farce majeure, we will inform you via email that we have received the products and that we issue an exemption document. In case you want to return one of the products you ordered from our online store, we offer you the possibility of returning the value of your purchases. Return of the money can be made to the account from which the purchase was made of or to another account of your choice. In that case you will only be charged with the return costs of € 15,00. For orders from abroad (non EE countries), the corresponding costs are € 25,00.

Caution: Bags can’t be returned.

Products on sale: For all product returns on offer counts that, regardless of the costs, an amount of € 15,00 is kept from the total return cost.

Cancellation of order
The order can be canceled under the following circumstances: during the electronic ordering process and before the order is completed, you can push the “back” button and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the “remove” button. If you have completed the order but you have changed your mind, please contact us within 2 hours after the completion of the order at tel. +30. 210 9410630 and CHANIOTAKIS SA will cancel your order.
